World of Warcraft
This section deals with links of importance to players of World of Warcraft.
Reference
WoW Loot - Reference site for loot and gear to better your character.
WoW Wiki - Reference site nearly every aspect of the game, including strategy and tips.
WoW Head - Reference site for quests (mainly).
WoW Armory - Look at your character online.
Mods
Encouraged - These mods are strongly encouraged for guild member Use. We don't list many, please install the ones listed.
- Omen (Threat Meter. Gets updated more often than KTM (another threatmeter). If you think that KTM and Omen talk to each other and you don't need to switch, you would be incorrect. It's true, Omen sends data to KTM, but not vice versa. And also Omen send the WRONG data to KTM.)
Requested - These mods work better the more of us that have them. Any Mod listed here was requested to be installed by at least several guild members, but is not encouraged by the guild itself.
Helpful - These links are provided as a convenience (to help with mod refreshes). Any Mod listed here was endorsed by a guildmember.
- Atlas (Love atlasloot. Shows me what drops from whom and where.)
- AtlasLoot (Directory of the latest AtlasLoot files, click the most recent.)
- Auctioneer (Auction House Assistant. Sort, appraise, and list/batch list items.)
- Baggins (Bag mod. Will sort your inventory and put everything in nice, neat sections. Turn on 'All in one' and everything will be in one big bag.)
- BigWigs (Boss Mob Assistant, mainly for raids)
- Bongos (Hotbar mod. Easy to use and very customizable, from number of buttons on a bar, to multiple rows and size/scale adjustment. Has mouseover keybind function as well for easy keybind setup.)
- Cartographer (Awesome map mod. You can put notes and just about everything else on there. Directory of the latest Cartographer files, click the most recent.)
- Deadly Boss Mods (Just my (Blackknife) personal preference over BigWigs, seeing as how my guild (Horde on Feathermoon) uses this one exclusively. Seems to get updated quite a bit.)
- FuBar (A panel bar which you can attach other 'Fu' mods to. I could do another whole post just about FuBar. Directory of the latest FuBar files, click the most recent.)
- OmniCC (Cooldown mod that shows the remaining time until useable again with actual numbers rather than the little grey 'clock' timer over the button like WoW uses.)
- Prat (Chat mod! Keeps me from misstelling into the wrong channels all the time. Lost of functionality, and keeps the last channel you talked in as the default channel, so you can just hit enter and talk away.)
- Natur EnemyCastBar (A timer for dots, hots, buffs, debuffs, and abilities for you and your target(s). Invaluable (in my opinion) for any class that needs to reapply buffs/debuffs a lot. Warriors (Intimidating shout, Thunderclap, Devastate) Druids & Priests(HoTs), Warlocks & Shadow Priests (DoTs).)
- X-Perl Unit Frames (Changes the way your player frames look, as well as party frames and target-of-target. Has a lot of other functionality as well.)
- CT_Raid Boss Mods ()
- CT_Unit Frames (Improved target of target)
- Rating Buster (Translates stats like Agi, Str, Int, ect and Dodge Rating, Crit Rating, ect in to understandable % numbers)
